Juliana MUÑOZ TORO

munoz-toro-juliana Writer and journalist from Bogota (born in 1988). She studied a Master’s degree in Creative Writing at New York University and is the author of several books that combine the traps of memory with lyrical realism, including 24 señales para descubrir a un alien (Tragaluz Prize and 2017 White Ravens list), Mi hermana Juana y las ballenas del fin del mundo (Planeta), A la sombra de un naranjo (Tragaluz), El vuelo de las jorobadas (Lazo, winner of the 2021 Banco del Libro award), Albina (Tragaluz, 2023 White Ravens list) and Autorretrato en el jardín (Tusquets). She also teaches fiction and weaves stories.
