César Andrés García Sánchez holds a degree in Communication and Journalism from the Autonomous University of Queretaro and a Master's degree in International Migration Studies from El Colegio de la Frontera Norte. He currently teaches at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences, lecturing in Political Communication and on the Bachelor's Degree course in Communication and Journalism. He also coordinates the Social Communication Campaigns programme. He has developed national communication campaigns to help prevent teenage pregnancy and child sexual abuse; created educational strategies on life planning, sexual and reproductive rights, the human rights of migrants, aging and gender equality; and has coordinated social communication units focused on demographic issues. Since 2024, he has headed the UAQ's Office of Social Communication, where he develops strategies for dissemination, information and media collaboration. His responsibilities include the university's Annual Communication Plan, the University Communication Agency and overseeing the University's Radio, Television and Film System.
