General Secretary of the CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, which upholds an agenda that articulates institutional transparency, gender equality, innovation and culture as the drivers of regional development. She is the first woman to occupy this position in the history of the organization, which she joined in 2015 after implementing strategic public management projects in Bolivia. Holder of a degree in Juridical and Political Sciences, which includes studies in international relations, multidisciplinary research and political communication. In her current role, she promotes access to information, institutional openness and citizen participation, with a special emphasis on children, reading and female empowerment. She is also the author of stories for children and promotes initiatives that bring culture to new generations.
