Lázaro Cristóbal Comala, a musician and composer from Durango, Durango, has released eight studio albums, including Canciones del ancla (2018), Belmont (2023), Zaguán (2016), an album of Cardenche songs, adapting this musical tradition from La Laguna, and his most recent, El terror (2025). Lázaro's focus lies in his lyrics; they are stories in the form of songs that question happiness and seek to bring comfort where there is none.
