University lecturer and consultant in the design, formulation and management of cultural, educational communication and community projects. Manager of the Education and Citizenship Department at the Gabo Foundation and Professor at the University of Cartagena. He has a Master's degree in Organizational Management and degrees in Social Communication, specialising in Education and Development; and Spanish Language and Communication. He was a scholarship recipient with the Expedición Ruta Quetzal and the Caminos del Mercosur project.
