Adriana Martínez Guerrero is a Colombian cultural manager who has lived in Greece since 2000 and is the founder and director of the LEA Festival, which since 2009 has fostered cultural dialogue among Latin America, Cyprus and Greece. A graduate in Social Communication and Journalism from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, she has focused her career on promoting reading and intercultural exchange. In 2001, she founded the bilingual magazine Sol Latino in Athens and has collaborated as a producer with Spanish media outlets. She has developed international projects in Bahrain, including entrepreneurship programmes and the management of cultural events. She holds an MBA from the Hellenic American University and, in 2024, received the Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, awarded by King Felipe VI, in recognition of her dedication to promoting Ibero-American art and literature.
