She holds a degree in Mexican Literature from the UANL. Since 2014, she has attended more than twenty workshops, diploma courses and seminars on creative writing with various national and international writers. She is the author of the poetry collections Comunidad terapéutica (winner of the 2016 Francisco Cervantes Vidal National Young Poets’ Prize), Ya no tengo fuerza para ser civilizada (UANL University Press, 2022) and Mis amigas están cansadas (Dharma Books, 2024); her poems, short stories and essays have appeared in magazines such as Este País, Punto de Partida and Periódico de Poesía (UNAM), Estudios (ITAM), Armas y Letras (UANL), Tierra Adentro, Letras Libres and in various national and international anthologies. She was a fellow at the Nuevo León Writers’ Centre in 2016, part of the FONCA Young Artists programme from 2019 to 2020, and a fellow of the Nuevo León System for the Promotion of the Arts and Creativity from 2024 to 2025. For the past five years, she has been running poetry workshops for beginners and specialised workshops on various themes such as family, friendship and the urban landscape.
