María Alejandra Gutiérrez Salazar (Mexico City, 1995) is an educationalist and university lecturer and is currently studying for a PhD in Educational Technology. She writes stories that foster empathy, imagination and emotional wellbeing in children, firmly believing that literature can support their development and enhance their learning. This is her first children’s book.
