is an Afro-Native writer of Kiowa and Osage descent. His work has appeared in FIYAH, Nightmare, PodCastle, Strange Horizons, and numerous anthologies, including multiple “best-of-the-year” series. His debut novel Rabbit, Fox, Tar was selected for Indies Introduce by the American Booksellers Association and Poets & Writers’s First Fiction 2026. He graduated from Harvard College, holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Rutgers University–Newark, and was a Tin House Resident. He lives in Dallas with his husband and their dog.
