Lucy is the Producer of National Theatre Wales, a new company that makes English language work in places and spaces throughout Wales. She was previously the Executive Producer at the Donmar Warehouse, where she produced many prestigious productions including Othello with Chiwetel Ejiofor, Ewan McGregor and Kelly Reilly; and set up the Donmar’s year-long West End season.
Before that Lucy was Head of Studio at the National Theatre, London. Other roles include Head of Development for Robert Fox Ltd, commissioning and developing a slate of feature films; working with Jez Butterworth on his feature film Birthday Girl for Miramax; and five earlier years at the Donmar Warehouse as Literary Manager and Producer of an annual new writing season. She began her career as Assistant Director and Assistant Administrator for Kneehigh Theatre.
Lucy has a first class degree in Drama from Exeter University and in 2005 gained an MA in Philosophy from UCL.
