Ben has studied at Durham, Birkbeck, and the London Consortium. He has published essays on German philosophy, practices of experimentation in Romantic-period science, and Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. He is an occasional guest on The Thread, a discussion show broadcast on the independent radio station ResonanceFM.
