Sue Crewe has been the editor of House & Garden for the last 16 years. She lives in London but was born in Cumbria where she has a house on the shore of Morecambe Bay. Past occupations include dairy farming - after a stint at agricultural college - and diary keeping (for Harpers & Queen magazine); she has been married on more than one occasion and has an extended family.
