Malaquías del Pozo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching and is an expert in Marketing. He finished two years of studying Philosophy and Language at the Universidad Complutense, a course he abandoned to start working for Caja de Ahorros y Monte de Piedad de Segovia, where he is now Director of Communication and Social Works. He is also a member of the board of ISDABE (Residencia Internacional de las Cajas de Ahorro de España) and Vice-president of the Fundación del Patrimonio Histórico de Castilla y León.
