Anita ANAND

Anita Anand is a presenter for BBC Television and Radio. She has interviewed Prime Ministers both in Great Britain and the Indian subcontinent, including PV Narasimah Rao, VP Singh, Benazir Bhutto, Nawaz Sharif, General Pervez Musharaf, John Major, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, Shaikh Hasina and Chandrika Kumaratunga. She has been a columnist for India Today magazine, The Asian Age newspaper and The Guardian, prior to joining the BBC. She lives in London with her husband, writer Simon Singh, and their son.
