(Cádiz, 1962) Journalist, scriptwriter, newsreader, commentator and presenter. Lindo has written books for children as well as novels for adults. In 2005, she received the Biblioteca Breve award for her novel Una palabra tuya. She has also written numerous screenplays. She was the winner of the Premio Nacional de Literatura Juvenil in 1998 and the Premio Atlántida del Gremio de Editores de Cataluña in 2009. She is a regular contributor to El País.
