(Mexico) She writes, corrects and edits copy for printed media, an activity that she combines with literary education and university teaching of both reading and writing. She has worked as an editor for the Veracruz State Government publishing department and as the editing manager of the Universidad Veracruzana’s magazine Gaceta. In June 2000 the State of Veracruz’s Journalists’ Association awarded her the State Journalism Prize in the Interview category. She is currently the manager of the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura’s Publications Department.
