(Mexico, 1978) He has published the book of short stories Arrastrar esa sombra (Sexto Piso, 2008), shortlisted from the Antonin Artaud Prize; the novels Morirse de memoria (Sexto Piso, 2009), El cielo árido (Literatura Random House, 2012), winner of the 28th Jaén Novel Prize and the 5th Otras Voces, Otros Ámbitos Prize; and the children’s book Los insectos invisibles (Sexto Piso, 2013). He was also included in the short story anthology Lo desorden, published in 2013 by Alfaguara. He is currently a member of the Mexican Sistema Nacional de Creadores de Arte network. His work was included in the Mexico20 book, a compilation of work of the best Mexican writers under 40. He is part of the Bogota39-20174's list. His latest books are called No contar todo and Tejer la oscuridad.
