(Mexico City, 1974) He studied Communication at the Universidad Iberoamericana and Hispanoamerican Literature at the University of Salamanca. He is a poet, essayist, translator, editor of Galleta China, a contemporary art magazine, and academic at the Universidad Iberoamericana. He has published the following works: Vida quieta (2000), Una temporada en el Mictlán (2003), Leyendo agujeros: ensayos sobre (des)escritura, antiescritura y no escritura (2005), Cabaret Provenza (2007), La sodomía en la Nueva Spain (2010), La edad de oro. Antología de poesía mexicana actual (2012) and Poemas de terror y misterio (2013), among others. His work has been recognized with the Punto de Partida, Plural and José Revueltas prizes. He is the author of Escribir con caca.
