Jaqueline André has been the manager of the Information Centre of the House of France since 2007. She studied Library Sciences, Documentary Skills and Libraries Administration. She has also participated in several events about Public Libraries and Reading. Furthermore, she studied Literary Translation in the French Institute of Latin America, and has translated several articles from French writers for the magazine of the Mexican Library, as well as novels, theatre pieces, poetry and kids literature.
