(Santander, 1965) Berna González Harbour is a journalist and editor of Babelia, the cultural supplement of Spanish newspaper El País. She is also a Cadena SER contributor. Berna graduated in Information Sciences from Madrid’s Complutense University. She has always been associated with international news coverage. She was a correspondent in Moscow and special correspondent in twenty countries in conflict. She is currently editor-in-chief of the international section of El País and recently made her debut as a detective novelist with Verano en Rojo (2012).
