(Bogota, Colombia) Director of the Luis Ángel Arango Library of the Bank of the Republic and currently working on a research project into transport infrastructure in Latin America. He is also part of the North-South Techno-Scientific Exchanges Network, created by research teams in Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. His new book is called
A las puertas del universo derrotado (Bogotá: Editorial de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, 2012). He has also been the vice-chancellor of the National University of Colombia, and Deputy Director in the National Department of Science, Technology and Innovation.
