Law and Politics graduate from the University of the Andes with a Master's degree in the Economics of Law from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He has been an editorial writer for the Vanguardia Liberal since he was 14. He has been a contributor to El Tiempo and Revista Cambio and is currently a columnist for Semana.com. He edited the books Manual de AteologĂa and El Destino Tragico de Venezuela. He led the public initiative to end the Andean Parliament, considered by many to be a useless and expensive institution. Every morning he participates as a political analyst on RCN La Radio. He currently combines all these activities with the executive management of the Instituto Libertad & Progreso, founded by businessman Tito Livio Caldas.
