Richard McGuire (United States of America, 1957) has produced a diverse body of work in multiple media. He is a longtime contributor to The New Yorker, for which he has produced numerous covers and interior illustrations. His graphic novel, Here, has been translated into more than 20 languages, and in 2024 was adapted into a feature film directed by Robert Zemeckis starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright. McGuire's work is included in the permanent collections of The Museum of Modern Art; The Metropolitan Museum of Art; The Morgan Library and Museum; and the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum.
