Leonardo Sbaraglia (Buenos Aires, 1970) is one of the most high-profile and best loved actors in the Spanish-speaking world. He has appeared in landmark works of Spanish and Argentinean film in recent decades, such as Wild Tales (2014), Carmen (2002), Intacto (2001), for which he won a Goya Award in 2002, Plata quemada (1999) and Caballos Salvajes (1995). He alternates his work in cinema with major television productions such as The Hypnotist (2015) and Epitafios (2009) for HBO, Dos lunas (2013) for Fox and Farsantes (2009). He has starred in plays such as Closer (1999) and En la soledad de los campos de algodón (1996).
