Alberto is a hopeless romantic. When he fell in love for the first time and things did not turn out as he expected, the best remedy to cure his lovesickness was to write Ocho lugares que me recuerdan a ti (Planeta, 2016, 2019). Todo lo que fuimos (Planeta, 2017) was written in airports, sometimes when he was in love and at other times with a broken heart. Anoche en las trincheras (Planeta, 2018) was his first book of stories.
