(Lima, 1978) He studied Journalism at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and has worked in the trade for various publications including the magazine Caretas and the newspaper El Comercio, where he is currently a columnist. He has published the following poetry books: Marineros y Boxeadores (2003), Frágiles trofeos (2007), La muerte de un burgués (2010) and Al norte de los ríos del futuro (2013). He has also published the book of prose La forma de los hombres que vendrán por Matías P. Delgado (2009) and the novels La ciudad más triste (2012) and Estrella solitaria (2016). He currently works as the editorial manager of Penguin Random House Peru.
