Jaime ABELLO BANFI

Jaime Abello is the General Director and co-founder of the Gabo Foundation (formerly FNPI), an international organisation based in Cartagena, who since 1994 has been working continuously and is recognised for its leadership in training and supporting independent and quality journalism in Latin America, as well as in disseminating the legacy of its founder, Nobel laureate Gabriel García Márquez, to promote the art of storytelling.
