Kenneth Bøgh ANDERSEN

(born 1976) A teacher graduate from N. Zahle’s College of Education in 2002, he made his debut in 2000 with the trilogy about ‘Slaget ved Caïsa’ (The Battle of Caïsa’). He has since had several fantasy and horror books for young people published, including his series about Antboy, which includes six books and three films. Kenneth Bøgh Andersen is able to write thrilling horror stories as well as humourous stories to which we can relate and he is even able to mix the mythological, biblical history and unrequited love stories in his books. Since he started writing, he has been awarded the Orla Award in 2009 and the Danish School Librarians’ Children’s Book Award in 2009.
