Tyuleneva is an independent curator and cultural manager of Russian origin who has lived and work in Cusco since 1999. She has a degree in History and History of Art from the State University of St Petersburg, a Master’s in Anthropology from the European University in St Petersburg and a doctorate in History from the PUCP. She is currently the Chair of the Patronato Cultural Cusco cultural association and General Manager of the INDEPENDENCIA biennial organized by that association.
