She studied Communication Sciences at the ITESU-Universidad Jesuita in Guadalajara. She worked as a journalist with various media abroad and edited the magazine Arte y Gente. She was also General Press Coordinator at the Guadalajara International Book Fair for more than 12 years. She is currently Grupo Planeta’s Head of Communication and Marketing for Mexico, the United States and Central America.
