(Barcelona, 1978) Poet and writer. In 2008 she made her literary debut with
Laia, a lesbian love poetry book that was followed by nine more books, all of which were awarded with different prizes. In 2018 she published the novel
Permafrost, which was quickly and warmly received by critics and readers and won the Catalan Booksellers' Prize for Best Novel of the Year.
Permafrost is the first instalment of a triptych featuring women protagonists and the translation rights into six languages have already been sold.
