The Spanish priest and writer Pablo d’Ors, winner of awards for his work in the mediation and resolution of conflicts, working towards a culture of peace, is also a keen advocate of the practice of meditation. He is the author of the Trilogy of Silence, made up of El amigo del desierto (2009-2015), the acclaimed Biografía del silencio (2012-2020), which has been and continues to be a publishing success story, and El olvido de sí (2013), a homage to Charles de Foucauld, an explorer in Morocco and hermit in the Sahara, whom D’Ors considers to be his spiritual father. The Galaxia Gutenberg house, which published in 2015 his Contra la juventud, selected by Todo Literatura as the Best Novel of the Year, is planning to publish his complete works.
