Join ‘Coleridge in Wales’ founder Richard Parry and scholar of the C18th Penelope Corfield in their discussion before they set off to walk to Llyswen (seven miles from Hay), where Coleridge and Wordsworth came to visit the notorious radical John Thelwall in 1798. You are invited to join them on the walk. Breakfast will be available.

Variant option: There will be a shorter conducted walk from Glasbury to Llyswen along Wye Valley Walk (3.5 miles; or 5.6 km), off main roads, after taking 10.08 bus from Hay to Glasbury.
