Santiago Amigorena in conversation with Clara Elvira Ospina

Arequipa 2020,

Santiago Amigorena is a French-language screenwriter and novelist. His novel Le Ghetto intérieur (2020) tells the story of Vicente Rosenberg, the author’s grandfather, a Polish Jew who emigrated to Buenos Aires in the 1920s. While Rosenberg settles in Argentina, his family in Poland sends him letters, a correspondence that bears witness to the gradual transition into the horror that enveloped Europe in the decades after he left. In conversation with the journalist Clara Elvira Ospina.
