A limited edition print of a special artwork created by Jackie Morris live during Hay Festival Digital earlier this year. Proceeds will go to Hay Festival Foundation.
The painting, created during a special 'Painting The Lost Words' event at Hay Festival Digital 2020, features a majestic hare leaping across the moon, conjured in Morris’ Pembrokeshire studio.
Produced and funded by Aquarelle Publishing Ltd, this run of 50 premium prints feature a hand applied 'gold' leaf background. Also available are 95 standard giclée prints. All prints will be signed by Jackie Morris, numbered in pencil and produced on 100% cotton rag fine art paper. They are sold mounted but unframed.
Morris is an internationally best-selling illustrator, artist and author of over 40 children’s books. In 2016 she was shortlisted for the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal for Something About a Bear and she won the prize in 2019 for the modern classic The Lost Words, which was Hay Festival Book of the Year in 2017.
