Baroness Helena Kennedy is a barrister and a member of the House of Lords, where she is in charge of matters related to human rights, civil rights, social justice and culture. Conscious of the importance of education, she has founded the Helena Kennedy Foundation, a trust that provides bursaries to help the most disadvantaged in society. She is author of Just Law: The Changing Face of Justice.
