Among the few positive consequences of the pandemic has been the rediscovery of the streets of our towns and cities, as "the local" has become more relevant, expressed in concepts such as local commerce and community culture. Thus, there is a growing awareness that the very participation of the global implies a closer link with the immediate environment. The world of books is of course no stranger to this phenomenon, which is why the importance of different cultural agents in the local environment has been highlighted. In order to reflect on the subject, Eduardo de la Garma, from La Comezón bookstore; Jacobo Zanella, from Gris Tormenta publishing house, and Ana Paula Zárate, from Casablanca Colectivo, will discuss their present and future with Gabriel Hörner.
