Hay Christmas Lights

5-7pm (6.30pm switch-on)

An evening of carol singing, food, mulled wine and festivities to switch on Hay's Christmas lights and celebrate the start of the Christmas season in our booktown.

Join Strictly winner Hamza Yassin who will do the honours alongside Hay-on-Wye's soon-to-be-announced Citizen of the Year.

The free switch-on event will take place in Memorial Square, where you will find hot food, mulled drinks, market stalls, Hay School Christmas fete, a steam engine Santa drive-by, Hay Fire Brigade, Santa's Post Box, Window Spotting competition, and more!
