Farms for City Children was founded by Sir Michael and Lady Clare Morpurgo in 1976. For 50 years, the charity has provided children and young people with the life-changing opportunity to live, learn and thrive on our farms in Devon, Gloucestershire and Pembrokeshire.
Our mission is to improve the health, wellbeing and environmental citizenship of all children and young people, especially those experiencing inequality, by connecting them with food, farming and nature.
We do this by providing five-day farm residentials for children and young people between the ages of 8-19 from schools and community groups across England and Wales.
