Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe was held in an Iranian prison for nearly six years, accused of trying to overthrow the Iranian regime. She survived, she says, through craft. She managed to get hold of scraps of material and a sewing machine. Soon she was teaching her fellow prisoners how to sew, how to knit – how creativity can save you.
