Maxine Peake

Maxine Peake is one of the most versatile actors in Britain today, equally at home on the stage, on television and in film. She effortlessly spans comedy and tragedy – from Victoria Wood’s Dinnerladies to playing Hamlet at Manchester’s Royal Exchange and, most recently, starring in the multi-award-winning film I Swear and Apple TV’s critically-acclaimed thriller Last Seen.
