Rafael Osterling is the author of the cookery book Rafael and one of Latin America’s major chefs. His restaurant, Rafael, in Lima, has appeared on lists of the best in South America. He also has a restaurant in Bogota by the same name. They will talk to the editor and writer Sergio Vilela.
