Terms and Conditions
Our memberships are valid for 12 months. Benefits are subject to availability and may change from time to time. All benefits relate to events at Hay Festival Hay-On-Wye unless otherwise stated.
† The cost of joining the Patrons' Circle is £550 per annum with a suggested additional donation of £700, a total of £1,250.
†† The cost of joining the Benefactors' Circle is £1,250 per annum with a suggested additional donation of £1,250, a total of £2,500.
††† The cost of joining the Chair's Circle is £1,700 per annum with a suggested additional donation of £3,300, a total of £5,000.
†††† The cost of joining the President's Circle is £2,500 per annum with a suggested additional donation of £7,500, a total of £10,000.

‡ Postage applies to UK addresses only. Overseas Members can collect their print programmes and Book of the Year at the relevant Hay Festival event, or notify us on members@hayfestival.org to arrange international postage with additional costs applied.
Ticket Purchase Limits and Order Review
Members are welcome to purchase multiple tickets for events, subject to availability. However, in order to protect fair access for all customers, we reserve the right to review and, at our discretion, cancel or amend any order that appears to involve an unreasonable quantity of tickets or otherwise suggests potential resale or commercial activity.
If we cancel or amend an order under this policy, we will notify the purchaser and issue a full refund for any tickets cancelled. Our decision in such cases will be final.
