Raúl Enrique Puello holds a Philosophy degree from the University of Cartagena and a master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Zulia. He has almost twenty years of experience in university teaching, giving courses and seminars. He has worked as a professor at the University of Cartagena, the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University and the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes. Since 2009 he has been a full-time lecturer in the Philosophy Programme, as well as editor of the magazine Conceptos
. He has also participated in the project for the construction of the Ten-Year Justice Plan, in agreement with the Ministry of Justice; and in the project for legal assistance to victims of the armed conflict in Montes de María and Chíbolo (Magdalena), in agreement with CODHES. For the past three years he has been the coordinator of the Master's degree in Law at the UdeC and has concentrated his interest on issues of eco-philosophy and legal ecology.
