Heather Cleary is an award-winning translator and the author of The Translator’s Visibility: Scenes from Contemporary Latin American Fiction. She holds a doctorate from Columbia University and teaches at Sarah Lawrence College. She was a founding editor of the digital, bilingual Buenos Aires Review and is a member of the Cedilla & Co. translation collective.
