Anna Rubesame is a NY State attorney specialized in advising countries & corporations in international law & international criminal law. Anna helped negotiate the International Criminal Court from 1998-2003 and built a number of related institutions, including, as the Founding Commissioner, the International Nuremberg Principles Academy.
