Guillem Salas is a sculptor and multidisciplinary visual artist specializing in direct wood carving. His work stems from constant research into the contemporary possibilities of sculpture and material language, developing a body of work with a strong conceptual foundation and a direct, accessible, and recognizable aesthetic. Throughout his career, he has participated in national and international exhibitions, competitions, and projects, receiving recognition in contests such as the Reina Sofía Prize for Painting and Sculpture, the Luxembourg Art Prize, and YOT Young Spanish-Speaking Artists.
