Alfonso Gargallo is a screenwriter, director, and producer for film and television. He holds a Ph.D. in Communication, Linguistics, and Literature from the University of Valladolid. With a professional career spanning more than 15 years in the audiovisual sector, his notable works include the feature film Ocaña-Merckx, which received an Honorable Mention at the SGAE’s Julio Leandro Screenplay Award, and the short film Reflejos te devoran, which was selected for the Medina del Campo Film Festival, among others. He is also the author of the novel Beatriz 27J. He has written and produced programs for TVE, Telemadrid, Telecinco, and Movistar+. As an educator, he has taught film courses at institutions including the Complutense University, IE University, and the University of Valladolid.
