Carmen Delibes is a member of the Senior Librarians’ Corps of Castile and León, where, upon joining, she was responsible for library cooperation. She subsequently worked at the Instituto Cervantes as a librarian and cultural manager abroad. At this institution, she has managed the libraries in Amman —the Instituto Cervantes there, which she also coordinated upon joining—, Rome, Brussels, New York —where she took on the coordination of the Cervantes libraries in the US—, Moscow and Lisbon. Since September 2024, she has been director of the Segovia Public Library.
