David Mejía is a lecturer and journalist. He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Autonomous University of Madrid and in Literary Theory from the Complutense University, and obtained his PhD from Columbia University (New York) before taking up a post as a lecturer in Philosophy at CUNEF. He is currently a columnist for El Mundo and a commentator for Onda Cero, having previously written for the digital media outlets El Español and The Objective, where he hosted the podcast Vidas cruzadas. He has been a regular contributor to publications such as Claves de la Razón Práctica, Revista de Libros, Letras Libres and Cuadernos Hispanoamericanos.
